On Saturday, April 25 2009 at the Orlando Public Library , Johnson shared with a group of women about ways of helping your self esteem for example building self trust, inner and outer confidence, identifying and eliminating negative thoughts, centering life values and understanding the balance of power.
Johnson stated that her reason for focusing on women with low self esteem is because she once had to deal with low self esteem growing up as child, but later realize that she wasn’t alone in her fight with dealing with low self esteem. Johnson with her humble and down to earth personality gave details about her personal struggles with low self esteem and how she over came them as she got older and began gaining confident in herself. Johnson explained that most women develop low self esteem at a young age due to the fact they come from broken homes or work at low paying jobs both contribute to a women feeling down or depressed about themselves which can cause young girls confidents to go down. Johnson stated “as a child I came from a broken home, so I can relate to women who are having trouble with low self esteem.”

Williams stated “I don’t just want to have confidence in myself sometime, but all the time.” Williams said this was her reason for coming out and attending this seminar so she could get to the next level and have a higher self esteem within herself.
