I Do, was the two words that came out of the certified special event professional Stacey Paul Barabe five years ago when she married her husband on the lake in Lake Buena Vista. Barabe became a special event coordinator by simply picking a newspaper and making a phone call and has been coordinating weddings all over ever since.

Stacey Paul Barabe has been a special event coordinator for fourteen years and she has not only planned other people weddings but she also planned her own. Barabe had stated that the reason she has been planning weddings for so long is the simple fact “It fits my personality, everyday is a new challenge and I love the fact that I get a chance to fulfill peoples dream wedding”.

Barabe, was recently in town on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the Hiawassee Branch Library where spoke about the latest wedding (color) trends of 2009 and it was a hit. Barabe went into details explaining the Hottest Colors of 2009, from Charcoal being the new chocolate color to sunset colors and different shades of purple.

She also spoke about new and hottest tends of 2009, as far as vintage and retro(up do) hair pieces. She then went into detail by naming several types of weddings people can choose like from Wedding Themes, Farm Wedding (outdoor), Fairy Tale Weddings, Chic and Hip Weddings, Elaborate Destination Weddings, Tent Weddings, and even a Long Weekend Weddings.

“Wow there are some many weddings to choose from, I don’t know which one I would want” said Elizabeth Pierre. Pierre which was born and raised in Haiti had no idea there were so many different wedding styles to choose from and was amazed at the different types weddings. Pierre had stated that her reason for attending this event was simply to gain more knowledge about weddings and said that Stacey Paul Barbae was a outstanding speaker.

Barabe is a amazing wedding coordinator who really loves and joys what she does, especially the traveling. She has planned and coordinated many weddings all over, from her hometown of Ohio to places like Aroba and Turks and Caicos which was the two places she was most excited about.

Stacey Paul Barabe really grasped the crowd with her amazing pictures and unique ideas of all the weddings she had coordinated, which left one guest Fanette Dulsco speechless. Dulsco stated, “By me being here really gave me a new outlook on different weddings styles, man I am sure glad I came today”, full excitement and energy Dulsco was really pleased with the presentation Barbae presented and she also plans on attending a upcoming bride show that Stacey Paul Barabe will also be attending for National’s Wedding Month.

Stacey Paul Barabe simply wrapped up the exquisite event by stating,“Everyone is unique with a unique wedding planner to fit, its just a matter of finding your match and that is the key to a perfect wedding”.
